By accessing or using Pop’s Apparel services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including locker rental policies and payment obligations.
Lost Stolen or Damaged Items:
Pop’s Apparel is committed to providing a secure and organized selling environment. However, by participating as a Seller, you acknowledge and agree that Pop’s Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items while on our premises.
Sellers assume full responsibility for their merchandise, including any potential loss, theft, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the selling period. Pop’s Apparel does not provide insurance or compensation for any missing or damaged goods.
By utilizing our services, Sellers release Pop’s Apparel, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or legal actions related to the loss, theft, or damage of their items.
Commission Structure & Payout Terms:
Commission Breakdown
- Sellers retain 66.6% (2/3) of the total revenue from each item sold.
- Pop’s Apparel retains 33.4% (1/3) of the total revenue from each item sold.
- Any applicable credit card processing fees are deducted and split using the same 66.6% / 33.4% structure.
Payout Process
- Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days after the final selling day.
- All payments are issued via Venmo.
- Sellers will not receive their payout until all unsold items have been picked up from Pop’s Apparel.
By participating as a Seller, you acknowledge and agree to this commission structure and payout process.
Friday Markdown Policy
To encourage sales and maintain a dynamic shopping experience, all clothing items are automatically marked down by 40% every Friday.
Opting Out of the Discount
- If a Seller wishes to exclude certain items from the Friday markdown, those items must be picked up by Thursday night before the discount is applied.
- Any clothing items remaining in the Seller’s locker on Friday will be subject to the automatic 40% markdown.
By participating as a Seller at Pop’s Apparel, you acknowledge and agree to this pricing adjustment policy. It is the Seller’s responsibility to retrieve any items they do not wish to be discounted.
Locker Rental Renewal Policy
Sellers have the option to renew their locker rental on a weekly basis, allowing continued sales opportunities at Pop’s Apparel.
Renewal Guidelines
- Locker rentals are available for renewal on a weekly basis.
- Sellers must request and confirm their renewal before the end of their current rental period to secure their locker for another week.
Third-Week Renewal Restriction
- Pop’s Apparel reserves the right to deny a third-week renewal if a Seller’s locker has not generated sales equal to at least the locker rental cost for two consecutive weeks.
- This policy is in place to ensure that lockers remain available to Sellers with active and successful sales performance.
By renting a locker at Pop’s Apparel, Sellers agree to these renewal terms and understand that continued rental is subject to sales performance and management discretion.
Merchandise Policy & Seller Compliance
Pop’s Apparel is committed to maintaining a reputable and high-quality marketplace for all Sellers and customers. To uphold these standards, the following policies apply:
Right to Remove Items
- Pop’s Apparel reserves the right to remove any Seller’s items at its discretion, including but not limited to items deemed inappropriate, non-compliant with store policies, or in violation of brand integrity.
Prohibition of Counterfeit or Imitation Goods
- The sale of counterfeit or imitation premium brand items is strictly prohibited. Sellers found offering such items may have their merchandise removed and risk termination of their selling privileges.
Authenticity Disclaimer
- Pop’s Apparel does not authenticate merchandise and cannot verify the authenticity of any items. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their merchandise is genuine and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
By listing items for sale at Pop’s Apparel, Sellers acknowledge and agree to these policies. Failure to comply may result in the removal of merchandise and potential suspension from selling.
